We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. —

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and translate them into functional, creative, and practical interior design solutions.
  • Develop mood boards, design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
  • Create detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
  • Select materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and accessories.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits for quality checks and project supervision.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, innovations, and materials.

Preferred candidate profile

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Strong visualization and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of materials, finishes, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Should have experience in the Real Estate Industry, Title scrutiny, Land Registration, RERA, MOU, drafting
    of legal documents, litigation matters, and Court Cases
  •  Drafting, Vetting, and reviewing legal documents, Agreements, and filing of Notices, Replies, etc.

    Act, Stamp Act, Registration Act/procedures, Telangana land reforms Act, Telangana Land Revenue Act,
    The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, etc.,
  • Well-versed with title verification, revenue documents, and sourcing the same from the relevant departments.
  • Experience/exposure to handling registration of all types of deeds before the Sub-registrar/District registrar
    office
  • Exposure to litigation practices/current court procedures
  • Familiar and comfortable with reading real estate case laws, legal updates & research.
  • Aware of processes and rules related to registration, adjudication of various agreements/documents
  • A deep sense of ownership, eye for details, and ability to take the extra mile to work seamlessly within teams
